1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bento Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bento Agent is a platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages with a bento grid layout and an AI-powered chat agent. Users can add content blocks (links, images, text, videos, etc.) and configure an AI agent that answers questions about their profile.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Bento Agent. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, abusive, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. AI Chat Features

The AI chat agent on profiles is powered by third-party AI services. Responses generated by the AI are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Profile owners are responsible for configuring their AI agent's behavior through the provided settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bento Agent service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PM DAO, operated by P0 Lab Inc. (株式会社P0 Lab). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bento Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
